Supermarket Stores: Benchmarking & Customer Satisfaction Program
 

We collect data through face-to-face interviews from over 90% of Supermarkets in New Zealand. Survey covers over 100 suppliers and manufactures. The project is conducted annually and measures rep performance (call frequency / coverage, rep executional levels, merchandising support and overall company satisfaction are the main measures). Various companies use their results as a KPI for their sales teams. Coalface Consulting work closely with the key retail groups to conduct the project (Foodstuffs North Island, Foodstuffs South Island and Countdown).
